Asking For Other, Female 23, Islamabad
I am 23 years old. Since the beginning of puberty, my menstrual cycles have been very irregular, sometimes occurring only 1–3 times per year. Over the past year, the cycles have become slightly more frequent but are still irregular, ranging between 50–75 days.
Around 6–7 years ago, I had an ultrasound done and was told that everything was normal at that time. However, my menstrual irregularity has continued since then without a clear diagnosis.
For reference, my weight has remained stable over the years with no significant fluctuations. I have generally maintained a normal BMI (around 40 kg since adolescence), except for mild bloating during early teenage years. I had my blood CP done 2, 3 months ago and everything was within normal range.
I have not been diagnosed with any specific condition so far and would like to understand the possible causes of this long-term irregularity.
Kindly guide: Possible reasons for this pattern Recommended lab tests or imaging (if needed) Whether this could be related to PCOS or other hormonal imbalance Possible treatment options or lifestyle adjustments
