Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods

I had ovarian cyst in 2020 i gained 5kgs and my weight became 50kgs, i was having irregular periods and spotting, then i took diane 35 and homeopathic medicines which regulated my periods, then i was having normal periods. This year in August i got my period as they regular were on6th and last for 7 days then on 28 August i again had spotting and im still having this spotting problem, i have been stressed lately and wasn't sleeping on time but my weight is still 45 kgs
