Left Abdominal Pain(cramping)

Question

im 24 years old,not married yet. Today ,I had 1st day of period. Mjy waisay normal cramping hoty ha. Lakin mairy halat aj buhat khrab hue , cramping on left side shadeed thy , mu py aisay lg rha tha kantay chub rhay hon,nausea vomiting wali feeling thy ,weakness in body, fainting feeling thy, Left side py rib cage sy neechay Saray portion mn ajeeb sa dard (cramping)thy. Worried about this because it never happened in past 10 years . Is it normal?

as I always say tht pain is never normal...it always points towards an underlying problem...do ur urine RE and full bladder pelvic scan and see ur attending gynaecologist...
