This is a virus infection Herpes lip this is really painful go and see your gynaecologist she will advice you anti herpes tablets which is a must do that baby should be safe you can apply on your lips Lignocaine ointment outside donot let it go inside the mouth this is local pain relief usually dental use it inside the mouth for extraction of tooth apply it on the lip Lignocaine local ointment twice a day if you are not going to your doctor then tske Azomax tablet 500 mg twice a day for five days with milk
