Talk to Gynecologist on Long Menstrutation Bleeding After C Section

i am suffering from menstrution problem since 1 year and 3 months, after c section in april 2022 my bleeding doesn't stop till 2 months, dr prescribed me different hormonal supplement. at the end i start taking novadol prescribed by dr and feel better. i am continuously using till now not only for the horomones issue but also as a birth control supplement. in this month i did not take novadol to check my cycle but periods doest not stop and its 10 days now. please guide me what should i do??
