Ws... U should go for surgery instead of delaying it... As ur khalas having breast cancer ur family history z positive.. So it's better for u to get surgery and go for histopathology of that material... So that it can be assured of type of disease. It's very small.. And surgery will be minor...

BRCA1/2 testing is done to know genetic predisposition.
I would advise you to go to some oncologist with ultrasound report . after examination and review of ultrasound oncologist would advise whether they want to put you on surveillance or want to have a screening Magnetic resonant mammogram.
