Asking For Self, Female, 23 Years old, karachi
I got medicine miss carriage in 12 Feb got bleeding n clots and then gradually lightened on off bleed very lighter then in 23 March I got bleed till 7 days n then light spotting 30 March my spotting got vanished now I’m not bleeding. Kindly tell me what’s sure what’s my report what’s possible dnc important or not or it happens after miscarriages is any one can help .

UTERUS
Uterus is anteverted normal in size measuring,
L.S = 7.0 cm.
T.R = 5.3 cm.
A.P = 4.2 cm.
Midline echo central.
Heterogenous tissue measuring 1.6 x 1.1 cm seen in uterine cavity. It could be blood clot or retained products of conception.
Moderate amount of fluid seen in pelvis.
BOTH OVARIES
Size of right ovary = 4.1 x 2.4 cms.
Small cyst seen in right ovary measuring 2.4 x 1.9 cm. Echoes seen inside it ---heamorrhagic cyst.
Size of left ovary = 3.8 x 1.8 cms.
No cyst seen in left ovary.
WITH SINCERITY SINCE
CONCLUSION
MODERATE AMOUNT OF FLUID IN PELVIS.
HETEROGENOUS TISSUE IN UTERINE CAVITY COULD BE RETAINED PRODUCTS OF CONCEPTION OR BLOOD CLOT.
SMALL HEAMORRHAGIC CYST IN RIGHT OVARY.

On 6th april a small tissue is in uterine cavity which can be blood clot or retained product of conception, take tablet misoprostol 200 mcg 2 below the tongue , n repeat after 4 hours .. it will be expelled inshaAllah

Okay only 2 tablets and after 4 hours 2 tablets total 4 tabs only . I’m lil concerned about previous things . My abortion got induced through misoprostol I’ve taken it before . So is it safe again ?? Can I take it again ?

Anteverted normal size uterus measuring 8.3 × 4.2 x 4.7 cm with midline normal caliber endometrium measuring 0.64 cm.
Normal endometrial reflectivity and perimetrial out-line. No uterine mass seen.
