Missed Menstruation Period

Question

I am asking on behalf of my wife. she has an irregular cycle period. Its been a month she missed her period. We also did pregnancy test so many times in this month but its also negative.
Can you please advice. Because its 3rd time she missed it without being pregnant after our marriage.
