I've had a problem since last year with disturbed periods, and since October, I did not have periods. I have already done my ultrasound, but it was ok with a simple cyst (I can share the report) . I have also done a pregnancy test, which was negative. I would like to consult on this.

3 months of amenorhea , now u must take medicine for withdrawl bleed, as beta HCG negative , take tablet primolut N 5 mg three times a day for 7 to 10 days then stop, periods will come in 3 to 4 days , but you must get complete workup for diagnosis, day 2 FSH LH , serum prolactin , TSH n free T4 , ultrasound pelvis , start glucophage 500mg three times a day , myoinositol sachet once a day , lose weight , daily walk, sleep well, high protien low carb diet , apple cider vinegar before meals, cinnamon tea after meals .. manage insuline resistance, also consult endocrinologist.
