Missing Of Periods

Question

we have a daughter of 7  had a date of earlier of the month 3 or 4 but this time she did not get her periods till now. 
we took all the precautions but we are worried now. is this due to breastfeeding ?? or we should consdier it as pregnancy? we also checked with strip but that show neagtive yesterday
