Talk to Gynecologist on No Arousal For Sex

My wife is now 19, she belong to a strict Islamic family with no exposure to TV and those kinda things. From past 2 years she got her 1st phone and I don't think she still does not know what actually going to happen after been more then a month and we did not engage in sex even though I tried but she start to shiver and cries.I can tell she is very happy with me only if I do not approach her for sex. she says she don't want to this all her life. Also I have tried inserting my private thing in her's but her private organ is blocked with some sort of inside muscles which when I try to insert she start to scream with pain so I stopped. now she always run from this as if she has no feelings in getting pleasure I can tell coz I have tried role play and other stuff but I feel she is not getting aroused. can anyone help please?
