Talk to Gynecologist on No Periods From 10 Years

Hello, I have been suffering this issue from the last 10 years.. Despite having so many medicines and checkups from multiple doctors still no periods not even spotting... My ultrasound report said I have a small uterus and some doctors said me I will not be able to conceive while others said it's a normal size.. According to my research my uterus size is actually slightly small and somehow my uterus is not responding to the hormones and that's why I am not having periods... My TSH, FSH, AMH tests are normal..

I didn't go to any Endocrinologist before, and I want to know with hormone therapies or some treatments, the normal cycle is possible or not? And also uterus will grow or not?
