it is painful? not painful? attach ultrasound scan . it could be painful and sometimes need to remove surgicaly . u have to be watchful and regular check up. InshaAllah everything will be ok

dear this cyst is simple or complex???
in case of pain and vomiting report to hospital,do regular ultrasound for size of cyst,no need to operate if there is no emergency, after delivery go for treatment if cyst is simple if not you have to go for some investigations
so kindly share ultrasound

Salam beta. Usually such cyst in pregnancy can rotate or cause severe pain . Keep followup of ultrasounds. Yes it can be dangerous. But cant do anything now. Kindly share ultrasound report. Book appointment at very less fees for detailed hostory and management. Take care
