yes this is quiet big.its better to wait after delivery might b it regress and if this is of same size after 3 months than u can have laproscopy. and secondly if by any reason u r having c section than remove it .

Go for normal delivery, sometimes it will resolve during or after delivery.. it will not harm your pregnancy… after delivery than go for ultrasound..
