my wife facing pain in legs specially at night and can't sleep cause of pain in legs. actually she use to take anafortan tablet.... but daily two time is harm for baby.. so what should to do.. the hb level is almost 10 and whote blood cell count 3 lac. now any doctor suggests what to do for pain relief

most of time it's due to dalt deficiency in extreme hot weather check bp avoid anafortan and 2 tab panadol at time completely safe ors lemon juice will affect give iron supplements for anaemia

abafortan plus tablet is not for leg pain, it just relieves abdominal cramps and us safe in pregnancy.
her hb is near ok, she should take iron rich food and iron plus calcium tablets daily , drink milk daily. she can take tablets.panadol for leg pains or get her evaluated from a Gynaecologist
