Asking For Self, Female 29, Rawalpindi

Assalamualaikum, I am 6 months post-partum after first C-section.

Age: 29 Weight: 74kg

I'm a working woman and I have to walk a lot during the day. I have pain in my internal scar. My pelvic scan is normal. I just feel pain in the scar. What to do for it?

Also please suggest a more suitable and effective contraception method implant or IUCD? Planning to take a gap of at least 3-4 years. I'm a bit afraid of insertion of IUCD. And when is the right time for both procedures? I mean at which day of cycle?

You can do some self scar mobilization and icing for 5-10mins to improve pain symptoms assuming that this scar does not contain sutures.
