Talk to Gynecologist on Painful Intercourse

Meri 1st May ko shadi hui, we tried intercourse but it was not done properly and the sperm remains out. After 2 days we tried and did but it was very painful. I feel a lot of pressure and pain. After 1 day break we tried again but it was still painful. When he tries to insert his penis I feel a lot of pressure & pain. I just feel pain during intercourse. I make my legs and vagina tight due to fear and unable to relax and loose myself. I don't know it's my fear or something else. I am really worried. I can't bear this pain again and again. what is the solution of it? what can be the reason for it? Kindly help me.

Pain during first intercourse is common in newly married women and can be due to fear, anxiety, vaginal muscle tightening (vaginismus), inadequate lubrication, or local irritation. From your history, fear and involuntary tightening of vaginal muscles seem to be contributing significantly.
Do not force intercourse repeatedly, as this can increase pain and anxiety further. Take things slowly, maintain good communication with your partner, spend more time in foreplay, and use a water-based lubricant to reduce discomfort. Try relaxation and deep breathing exercises before intercourse. If pain continues despite these measures . cosult a gynecologist for proper examination
