hi I am 31 years old woman I have pcos it was diagnosed some time in 2019 , tb sy mujy periods ka bht issue rehta hai kbi 3 months tak nahi hoty or kabi kbi month tak b hoty rehty hain ab its been 1.5 month sy ziada mujy periods nahi horhy, please tell me some meds I can take to correct my cycle I am trying to conceive too.. 2ndly mujy acne hogye hain bht ajeeb si .phly pehly I started medicated face wash or yai thek hojati thi but ab its been a month koi fark nahi par rha, attaching the picture of face wash please help me drs.

Aoa your all problems are mostly related to pcos and its management is not one day process. So diet, exercise 1st with medications. Give yourself 6 months at least. Thsnks
