Talk to Gynecologist on Pcos And Pregnant

i had pcos from many years, i had one baby with c-section 6 years ago. i am overweight with 30 years age and Later i was diagnosed pcos due to delayed periods . i took hormonal profile test and abdominal ultrasound my hormones were normal but i had polycystic ovaries. i had lost 10kgs weight and was taking glucophage, Enziam capsules and inositol from last 4 months and got positive hcg in urine today. should i stop taking meds or should i continue glucophage, Enziam capsules and inositol?? and when should i go for scan?
