Talk to Gynecologist on Pcos- Tablet Side Effects

I have pcos and want to conceive so for that my dr has given me duphaston along with glucophage 250 mg and piozer 15 mg both of which I’ve already been taking since i was diagnosed with pcos but Duphaston is newly prescribed and I’ve started from today (14th day of cycle) and it’s to be taken twice a day for 2 weeks until pregnancy or periods come. I’ve only taken first dose of it in morning after an hour of breakfast and 2,3 hours later I started having pain in my stomach. Can any dr pls advise regarding this
