Asking for Self, Female, 52 years old, Jinnah Garden, Islamabad
Heavy and prolonged periods Starting of next period after 13 days. Feeling fullness even empty stomach Too much feeling fatigue Anemia due to frequent heavy periods. Is it all normal or I need to get checked by gynecologist. Please suggest any experienced gynecologist.

Must be fully evacuated by Ultrasound to check lining of uterus thickness and any ovarian problem.At this age Biopsy as well to rule out any serious condition of uterus interms of cancer
