Talk to Gynecologist on Period Cramps

Age 28 height 5'3 weight 45kg. I'm suffering from severe cramps intense pain in lower abdomen, dry mouth, chapped lips a week before periods till 2,3 days of menstruation every month since puberty is it normal or need some treatment??? Periods occur on time with some heavy flow married from 5 months not conceived yet please also guide does these symptoms are the reason of not conceiving???
