Talk to Gynecologist on Period Pain

Assalamualikum. I feel severe pain on the 1st day of my periods. I take balanced diet. But still this pain is unbearable. Mujhe aksar pain se jhatkay bhi lagte hein also vomiting bhi hoti he. Mera bp bhi shadeed low ho jata he and sometimes i also fainted out. But it happens on only 1st day on 2nd or third day bohat kam pain hota he. Is it something i should worry or it is normal.
