Talk to Gynecologist on Period Pain

I am 22 yr old unmarried female. I have been experiencing sharp pain on lower left side of abdomen and back during my periods like a kidney pain. I've had period pain all my life which & I take ponstan and nospa for it but this side pain is new from last 2 months otherwise my cycles are regular but I also have iron deficiency anemia. I have extreme pain during my periods it stops me from daily activities what do i do
