Salam mere wife ko period ka problem hai 3 3 month Nahin ate hain agar wo madician late hai tou regular ate hain agar Nahin late hai tou time par Nahin ate hain. aur ye problem shadi se pehaly se hai usko۔ shadi ke Baad 5 6 month tak cycle theak tha lekn uske Baad kharab ho gae humre shadi ko 2.5 years ho gae hain aur aulad be Nahin Howe hai kindly ye problem solve ho sakta hai ek Dr ne SHG ka test likha kar diya hai wo Nahin karwa Rahe hain pain ke waja se kia uske elawa ko solution hain please advice me
