السلام علیکم امید ہے آپ خیریت سے ہیں میرا سوال ہے کہ مجھے 18 تاریخ کو صبح پیریڈ شروع ہوئے جو کہ 24 تک سات دن میں ختم ہونے تھے اور میں پاک ہوئی اور نمازیں بھی معمول کے مطابق پڑھنا شروع کی لیکن مجھے 25 کو بھی اور 26 کو بھی ایک ٹائم سپاٹ لگتے رہے میرا یہ پیریڈ دو ماہ سے ڈسٹرب ہے کیا کروں

I agree with dr khurram, no need to take stress, low carb high protein diet lain , daily walk , spot n body ko wash kr k namaz parh lia karain, weight na barhnay dain , apple cider vinegar before meals lain, cinnamon tea after meals .. n agar smell itching ya discharge hai tou per speculum examination karwa k HVS for C/S bhijwa dain, pelvic ultrasound , TSH , free T4, karwa lain
