Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Froblem

I have a problem with my wife against his period is not coming on time and some time come but less than 2 or 3 days I got married 7 years but no any baby or pregnancy with my wife I have already tried any doctor to solve my problem but not satisfied and I have already one self froblem less timing because when I am intercourse I m discharge in 30 second so please any on can help me.
