Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Peshawar
I have 4- 5 days of brown discharge before my periods Also my cycle is of 20 days after 20 days brown spotting starts it lasts for upto 4 days and then bleeding starts

you do not need to have medication because it is a regular cycle already there is only one day shortage in it.
a cycle which is 21 days to 35 days is considered a normal regular cycle so rest issued there is nothing wrong. you may, however, observe for three or four cycles and then come back to us
