It’s a common condition however you can manage it. Make sure you do light exercise around that time. Take small but protein and fibre rich meals. Avoid caffeine, tea and too much salt.And for nausea and cramps, if unbearable you can take tablet buscopan(for cramps) and tablet motilium(for nausea) as needed. For severe psychological symptoms, you can take tab sert 50mg 14 days before the expected date of period upto day 1-2 of period. And repeat the same on subsequent cycles. However you should try other options first. Exercise and dietary changes make a lot of difference.
