Asalam o alaikum. I am unmarried female and 22 years old. I am having PCOS problem for almost 1 year. My weight is 55kg and height is 5.4 feet. I have consulted to gynaecologist and taking medicine from 6 months (rimona, folic acid, and diene 35) and my periods are becoming normal... but i realised one thing, when i take medicine it normlises my periods but when i dont take medicine for 3 4 days it effects my periods.. its been 6 months and i am taking medicine but i want to get rid of these medicines and pcos... I dont do exerise but i dont eat fast food or oily foods.. i eat less to control my weight. I just want to ask what should i do now?? should i continue my medicines or should do something else..
