Talk to Gynecologist on Postpartum Bleeding And Milk Supply

I had a cesarian (November 5)and I am breastfeeding a 3 month old, I problem is that my postpartum bleeding didn't stop after 40 days(The bleeding continues for whole 3 months with only 7 days gap in between). so I consult a gynecologist and she gave me familia medicine to help stop my bleeding it didn't help ( I took that medication for 17 to 18 days) so she gave me primulat n medicine for twice a day (It's been 9 days since I am having it) and It did stopped my bleeding but my problem is that my milk start declining ( My milk was less than my baby demand s even before eating the medicine and I contacted a lactation consultant for that issue and I am doing everything she recommended but now it starts declining after taking the medicine) ,now my question is what should I do that my bleeding will stop but won't affect my milk supply?
