Talk to Gynecologist on Postpartum Bleeding Isn't Stopping

I got pregnant with triplets after ovulation induction treatment but at 20 weeks my body went into pre-term labour and they all died ( 8 weeks ago). Now I was bleeding first after delivery then it turned into spotting but now it's again bleeding since 14 days. Went for a scan , everything was fine , she prescribed transamine 3 days ago but bleeding isn't stopping. PLEASE HELP
