Hi, I'm 34 and my husband is 40. We have 9-year-old twins and are now planning for another baby. Could you please guide us on which tests or supplements we should consider? What other factors should we keep in mind?

Start taking tab folic acid , try to conceive naturally

hormonal factors
health factors of mother
ultrasound
needs to be considered
take folic acid tablet daily
you can go and plan to conceive if you want to know the risk of congenital anomalies I would advise you not to go for that because you will get very tensed up and there is no logic to do that
