start with tab envepe 1+1+2
also have ginger tea, it is recommended in pregnancy. if you can tolerate food and are not dehydrated then you should be fine. otherwise you will need further tteatment
frequent small meals
take1 tab envepe half hour before meal 2 times than at a bed time 2 tab ...than we reduce it ....take light
