Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

I am 30 weeks pregnant and have been on clexane injections since day one. My all reports till now are coming fine. The problem is I am constipated and have problem in digestion. I keep having all gastric and acidic reflux medicines even panadol but the question is daily? All my previous pregnancies were normal and I was quite active. Like jesi hoti hain. Thora bht koi pain cramps But in this pregnancy I can’t bend can’t perform namaz properly can’t do any basic task can’t cough or vomit can’t sit for a while cuz I start getting cramps in my stomach. Doctor says it’s the side effect of the injection. I feel very depressed as I am dependent on others for almost everything and the time is not passing by. Previously I was prescribed ascard also. Since the day I left it I feel much better. I want to know if I can stop using this injection also
