Talk to Gynecologist on Problem About Periods( Menstrual Cycle)

I have irregular periods. My periods skip sometime two months and sometimes three month. And now after three month skip period my period start for three weeks long. But the first week colour of my period is black and the second week of my period is bright red and then third week of my period colour is brown. Plz tell me what does it mean?? Is it something serious?
