Talk to Gynecologist on Recurrent Miscarriage
Asking for Self, Female, 23 years old, Peshawar
Aoa , it's been 2 years of marriage, we got 2 miscarriages, 1st one was in 3-4 weeks , while second one was in 7th week, was having regular visits to gynaecologist in mardan , but still it's happened , the gynaecologist prescribed inj clexane when the next pregnancy occur but the patient Pt,APTT and INR within normal range , so we didn't agree to this , then we done investigations for Anti phospholipid,ANA,ENA etc but all are negative , can you please spot any possible diagnosis, as we are planning for clinic visit too, Thanks

some time early pregnancy loss is due to genetic abnormalities ..if you r planning for another pregnancy you and your husband should take tab folic acid 5mg for at least 3months

as you have already done baseline investigations, also do a fasting blood sugar level, if its normal, you can conceive and then visit your gynaecologist soon
