Talk to Gynecologist on Recurrent Miscarriage

I have had two miscarriages and no living children. I had first miscarriage in 2023 around 7 or 8th week. Only saw yolk sac was seen. In 2024 after exact 1 year i had a missed miscarriage after having a heartbeat at 9 weeks. After that we decided to wait. With my first miscarriage i was around 71 or 72 kg. And now i am 86 kg due to stress and not taking care of my diet. I had all kind of tests. Anti cardiolipin normal, fbc normal, tsh level normal, t4 level normal, lupus anticoagulant normal. I have high level in high androgen index and low shbg. Ultrasound found no cysts. But i have facial hair and sometimes irregular periods but i do get periods every month. Im talking folic acid and also asked doctor to give metformin. Could my issue be due to lack of progesterone. Should i take progesterone tablets and aspirin in my next pregnancy? Please advise as i am planning to conceive in the next 4 months.
