Talk to Gynecologist on Scanty Periods

Asalam o Alaikum, Unmarried, Age 24, weight 41 My periods are regular but from the past 6-8 months at first, it starts with brown discharge and continues for 3-4 days then normal flow starts which continues for 7or 8 days. I visited an endocrinologist and she prescribed me Diane-35 and poizer for 3 months. According to her, I've lean PCOS and my LH level is a bit high which was18.6 and FSH was 7.44. I had these tests done on the 20th day of my cycle so I want second opinion should I start taking these medicines because my wedding is planned at the end of this year. I'm worried jazakAllah khair
