Talk to Gynecologist on Seeking Advice On Prolonged Light Bleeding (40-Day Periods) & Irregular Cycles Post-Miscarriage

I have been experiencing prolonged bleeding, with my periods lasting around 40 days. The flow is light, and I do not have any pain or cramps. This has happened three times now.

I had a miscarriage a year ago, and since then, my cycle has been irregular. Every time I visit a doctor, I am prescribed medication to stop the bleeding along with iron supplements, but I haven’t received any further explanation or treatment plan.

I am feeling exhausted and confused. I am attaching my pelvic ultrasound report here—if any gynecologist or someone with similar experience could provide insight, I would really appreciate it.
