Talk to Gynecologist on Sex During Pregnancy And Confirming Of Medicines

Dear Concerned Dr. This is my first pregnancy. I got vaginal spotting in my initial days of pregnancy i.e. around 5 weeks. Dr. did transvaginal ultrasound to confirm any cause but there was no issue. She asked me to have no sex. Dr. Prescribed me with duphaston (2 times), Ascard (1 time), folic acid tablet (1 time), Osnate (1 time) for daily basis. Along with Cyclogest Pessary to be kept in rectum (1 night daily) and injection Pressage (weekly). But the soptting issue does not resolved and came back after 3 days, continued for a day. Again after three days i experienced the same and went back to my dr. Where she withdrawal the use of Ascard and continued the medication. After a day i didn't experience any spotting issue. Later 8+ weeks in TVS ultrasound resulted in fetal heartbeat and fetal movements. My concerning queries is to please confirm about all these medications that i am taking are safe.
