I took breeky for a medical abortion. Around 5 weeks before. And after 3 weeks i did my ultrasound jiski report mene attach kr di hy. 4 weeks after taking breeky my bleeding and spotting stopped completely. My gyne told me to take qalsan d and myfol tablets. And now its been a week my shoulders are paining. Or mje sans bht juldi charh jata hy. Thora sa kaam krti hu to shoulder pain shuru hu jati. Just jb leti huti hu tb ni huta pain. Or ek hafta pehle bleeding or spotting properly ruk gae thi. Or kl ek clot aya kafi severe pain k sath. Can someone please guide me what’s happening to me? Iam very worried.

Assalam w t, is it your what no of pregnancy, or is it first , cycles were regular or not please do CBC, and beta HCG you may have pregnancy outside of uterus get.
