Talk to Gynecologist on Skipped Periods For 3 Months

So I took heavy menses in last year ramadan ended almost whole month and i went to doctor twice one gave prescribed me with famila 28F and iron one tablets to get me on regular periods the other one as did the same i took the course of that medicine and when i finished i was not on regular still and after stoping the medication it went back to irregular and i didn’t get nay till now. I was so stressed that i tried to go with familia 28F again i took the medication for almost 1 and half week and now I don’t feel good i always have something going on in my stomach i get nausea so yesterday i got to know that familia 28f is a contraceptive I don’t want to have that so please tell me what should I do if I stop in between will something bad happen i booked an appointment with doctor today as well
