I ate soft serve ice cream from sweet crème in my pregnancy I came to know it after eating its high risk food because of listeria risk in pregnancy it’s my first pregnancy and I am very worried though I eat one cup what’s the probability to get it from one cup ?

it's rare. it spreads from raw meat or undercooked meat and soft cheese. so avoid these next time

it doesn't caused ny eating icecream..but in pregnancy, eat healthy foods anyhow.
