Talk to Gynecologist on Swelling And Tenderness On Left Labia Majora

I got this pain starting on saturday evening which kept increasing slowly day by day to the point that i cant walk sit or move without so much pain. I also felt a hard skin lump swelling type on left labia majora. I searched all symptoms like pain to touch pain to move swelling and sometimes chill which indicates a bartholin cyst and im sure it is that just need confirmation. Also i am unmarried 19 year old.
