Talk to Gynecologist on Taste And Smell Changed During And After Pregnancy /Nerves Are Getting Weak

Assalam o Alaikum! I had a threatening miscarriage in last October and after that I lost my sense of taste and smell. I have just one smell and one taste of each and every single thing. Same smell and same taste. From food, perfumes, fragrances, smell, toilet, and everything I have just one smell and taste. It's really awful because I can't eat anything. I have done the antibodies for covid and it's negative. But I don't know what's going on. Can anyone please tell me what's going on why I can't smell and taste anything?
