Assalam o alaikum it's my 29th week Alhmdulillah.. pregnancy is going smooth Alhmdulillah but I have gained weight and my gynae wants me to control weight . I have just started simple walk now.. and trying to do it twice for 10-15 minutes.. is se zada hti nahi.. secondly I have to climb stairs maximum 10 times a day (total 16 stairs) .. so is it okay means over exert to nae kr rae khd ko? Ya early to nae zada ?
Secondly mjhe bht daraya ja rha hai k 8th month bht crucial hta hai to aisa kch hai kia? Kia safety measures hni chye?

Best exercise is walk .

yes I am FTM.. my father is diabetic.. height is 5'7 weight was 67 which is now 84 kg..

Baki all tests done in first trimester were normal Alhmdulillah.. now Dr has prescribed me tests which will be done next month in shaa Allah
