Talk to Gynecologist on Timings To Consume Folic Acid And Iberet Folic Tablets

Assalamualaikum my doctor has prescribed me IBERET FOLIC and CEFOL tablets. iberet folic : as my HB was low. Cefol: for planning to conceive.. i am taking both together at the same time at night from almost 1.5 months.
Kindly tell me can these two be taken together at the same time at night? Or does it reduce the effect of folic acid? please guide.

w Salam. Iberet folic also has folic acid in it. ask your doctor why there was a need to add folic acid separately?

Don’t take these medications together , take iron in morning and cefol in evening

I think iron should not be taken with milk and yogurt. My breakfast contains tea and lunch has yogurt.
