As you know that you are having twin pregnancy I assume that you had your ultrasound done already and chorionicity of the twins have be determined, what type of twins are you having,DCDA,MCDA,MCMA? As plan of care will be made each type of twins could have a different type of plan of care, you should not be going to crowded places but Still as you are having a high risk pregnancy it is important to have regular ultrasounds
