hi. i resently got married. whenever i do IC, my upper area of navel start hurting for many days. when i rest pain goes away with half an hour. pain starts when i bend, walk etc. so in short it come and go thoroughout day for couple of days.

Pl get an Ultrasound of your abdominal wall to rule out hernia.
U say pain appears on increased abdominal pressure so get that ruled out.
I dont think it has any direct relation to IC.
